Portcard Partners Terms of Use
Portcard.net is a social networking registry for those who have registered so that
while you remain anonymous on the internet while social networking, your information
will be securely stored and made available to law enforcement or other governmental
officials, in response to a verified request relating to a criminal investigation
or alleged illegal activity in the event there is an issue, problem or need to learn
your registration information as to a particular username to protect another person’s
rights, property, or safety.
You cannot simply learn the identity of the person you are talking with through
Portcard.net, but can rest assured that if they are registered with our company
that the information would be available if ever needed.
Portcard.net verifies the information provided as to the registrant based on leading
industry available databases. Once a parent is registered, that parent can then
register children so that the Portcard.net database will have information as to
the age range of a particular user name or handle used in social networking situations.
The terms on which Portcard.net provides registration services are as follows:
By registering with Portcard.net, you are agreeing to the following terms (the "Agreement"
or "User Agreement") with Portcard.net. If you have any questions, please refer
to the Help section on this site.
Before you may become registered with Portcard.net, you must read and accept all
of the terms and conditions in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. This
Agreement is effective on May 1, 2007
By registering and being approved as a Portcard.net partner you are given a promotional
code to distribute for registration with Portcard.net. For each registration with
Portcard.net you will receive a 10% revenue share based on each paid registration
that includes the member entering your Partner promotional code at the time of registration.
Portcard.Net will provide a quarterly payment to its Partners based on the revenue
share identified in the above paragraph.
The Portcard.net terms of use also apply to Portcard Partners.
